INDIVIDUALS

I provide confidential, evidence-based counseling for professionals with demanding schedules who are managing workplace stress, leadership pressure, technical responsibility, and sustained cognitive load in fast-paced environments.

Many of my clients experience:

  • High-functioning anxiety

  • Burnout or early signs of exhaustion

  • Imposter syndrome in technical or leadership roles

  • Decision fatigue

  • Chronic performance-related stress

  • Workplace communication challenges

  • Leadership or team-management strain

  • Difficulty disengaging from problem-solving mode

  • Perfectionism impacting productivity or well-being

I work with individuals who are accustomed to being the person others rely on — professionals who excel in structured, analytical environments but may find the interpersonal and psychological demands of their roles less supported by traditional training.

Our work together focuses on:

  • Stress management for high-functioning professionals

  • Burnout recovery and prevention

  • Interpersonal effectiveness in technical environments

  • Leadership presence and communication

  • Cognitive resilience under pressure

  • Emotional regulation for sustained performance

  • Work-life boundary development

  • Sustainable productivity without depletion

This is a collaborative, solution-focused process that respects your time, privacy, and professional responsibilities. Sessions are structured to promote clarity, strategic thinking, and long-term performance sustainability — not just symptom relief.

If you are successful externally but internally managing ongoing stress, fatigue, or self-doubt, therapy can be a practical investment in both your effectiveness and long-term well-being.

COUPLEs

I am a Clinical Mental Health Professional providing Individual Therapy, Marriage & Couples Therapy, and Coaching for high-performing professionals in relationships.  My practice is designed for couples with demanding schedules who are managing workplace stress, leadership pressure, technical responsibility, and sustained cognitive load. Professional success often places unique strain on intimate relationships. Long hours, competing priorities, and the expectation to remain composed under pressure can gradually erode connection at home. Over time, communication may become task-focused, conflict may go unresolved, and emotional distance can develop — even in otherwise strong partnerships.

Many of the couples I support are balancing:

  • High-responsibility careers

  • Family demands

  • Leadership or organizational visibility

  • Ongoing performance expectations

Couples Counseling Provides a Confidential Space To:

  • Improve communication without escalation

  • Navigate conflict constructively

  • Address imbalances in emotional labor

  • Rebuild trust and emotional connection

  • Manage stress spillover from work into home life

  • Strengthen partnership during career transitions

  • Align priorities around time, family, and leadership demands

  • Prevent burnout from impacting the relationship

My work is collaborative, structured, and goal-oriented. I integrate evidence-based couples counseling with practical strategies that improve:

  • Communication clarity

  • Emotional regulation under stress

  • Conflict resolution in high-pressure environments

  • Relational stability without sacrificing professional performance

Together, we identify recurring patterns, clarify shared goals, and develop sustainable strategies that support both relationship health and individual effectiveness in demanding environments.
